Aftercare

Aftercare Services including one-on-one mentoring, tutoring, monthly events, and 
community services.

Field Services: After release Youth SOULutions, along with our community partners 
continue providing support long after their release to identify, define, and reach their 
highest values and potential. We work hand and hand with their JPO's sharing 
updates, providing support, one-on-one and group mentoring as well as alumni 
outings that are fun, educational, cultural, creative activities, and providing services to 
their communities. These outings include; multiple water parks, Bowling, The 
Ensemble Theatre, Racecar driving, Art Museums, Movies, Church, Concerts, Arcades, 
Hang gliding, Amusement parks, Boat rides, Dinners, and helping the community 
during Hurricane Harvey and feeding the homeless. We help youth and parents get ID needed to work including Social Security cards, Birth certificates, school records. Etc.

Youth SOULutions along with our partners provide tutoring, dental assistance, tattoo 
removal, GED assistance, food for the family, furniture, gift cards for newborns, and 
much more.
